Air Rights Garage
The Air Rights Garage is open 24 hours a day and located between North and South Frontage roads, straddling York St. Hourly, half-day, daily, and monthly rates are available. Special parking spaces for disabled visitors are located next to the elevators on each parking level. The garage is monitored by Yale-New Haven Hospital Security Services. A covered pedestrian bridge connects the second floor of the garage to the 20 York Street entrance of the hospital.

Unless otherwise indicated, the cost for this service is $10 per calendar day.
- You will be greeted by a valet captain who will accept payment (if required) and assist you to the hospital. Your car will be parked in a secure lot.
- When you are ready to leave, call the valet captain at 203.688.2538 (after hours, 203.688.6076) with your claim check number.
- Parking escorts are available all day, every day to accompany visitors to any hospital parking facility. Call Protective Services at 203.688.2500.
*Radiation Oncology patients and Smilow Cancer Hospital patients only: the valet parking entrance is at Smilow Cancer Hospital at Yale-New Haven, located at Park Street and South Frontage Road.
