Answer:
Inframammary:  simple, good access.

Periareolar:  less conspicuous, poorer access, areola may be too small in some, possible bacterial contamination, cyst formation from disruption of ducts, possible microcalcifications on mammography; possible altered sensation.

Transaxillary:  no scar on breast mound; worst exposure; reports of  injury to intercostobrachial nerve; subclavian vein thrombosis.
