Congenital asymmetric breasts can be treated with reduction mammoplasty
or implantation and reduction mammoplasty of the contralateral breasts.
Morten Sandsmark (Scand J Plast Reconstr Hand Surg 1992; 26:321) reviewed

and 54 had reduction mammoplasty or mastopexy. There was no difference
in patient satisfaction between the groups (82% in both.)
