14.  Scaphocephaly

Answer:
Sagittal synostosis - resulting in a narrow, elongated cranial vault and reduced bitemporal dimension (a "boatlike" or "toaster head").  The incidence of increased ICP is 13% with single suture involvement.  Treatment requires cranial vault remodeling with removal of the affected suture and performance of frontal, parietal, and occipital "barrel-stave" osteotomies.  Typically sporadic.
