Not a lot of information exists on how to fix it, but a literature search produced a paper from Japan from 1994, in which the authors describe excising the deformed cartilage, mincing it into tiny pieces, placing it back into its original position, and then molding the scapha and helix into normal configuration using a tie-over bolster followed by a gutta-percha splint for about a month.
