Incidence: Most common primary tumor of skeleton.
Age, Sex: No differences; Second to fourth decade.
Location: Proximal phalanx of the digits.
Histology/ Xray: Radiolucent lesion in the diaphysis/metaphysis with thinned cortex and flecks of calcification.
Treatment:
    1. Currettage with bone graft replacement.
    2. Use small cortex opening and small angular currets, dental-type, to avoid fracture.
