Histology/ Xray: Lytic metaphyseal lesion with well defined borders and septae and minor trabeculations DDX: enchondroma, anurysmal bone cyst, and elangiectactic osteogenic sarcoma.
Treatment: observation, currettage and bone grafting, drilling, steroid injecting, en bloc excision
