Answer:
Excise the cancer.  May involve radical treatment such as hemicorpectomy or prophylactic regional node dissections, need to consider if cure is to be affected.

Prognosis is poor as cancers arising from pressure sores are very aggressive.   In one series12 out of 18 patients died within 2 years of the diagnosis and three others required hemicorpectomy
