Answer:
Cutaneous horn: hard, horn-like projection from the skin that may show invasive squamous cell carcinoma at the base of the lesion.  A papillomatous proliferation with indistinct solid infiltrating margins and a slowly forming ulcerating center may occur.  It bleeds easily.  If persistent should be presumed to be squamous cell cancer and excised.
