29.  Erythroplasia of Queyrat

Answer:
Erythroplasia of Queyrat: Red patchy lesion which primarily affects the glans penis but may also be found on the penile shaft, vulva, and oral mucosa.  It is associated with squamous cell carcinoma either in situ or locally invasive.  Treatment is with Grenz ray therapy (low penetration x-rays which are absorbed in the superficial skin) and 5FU or Mohs surgery in difficult cases.
